Job description

We are seeking an experienced COA Property Manager (5+ years) who is a proactive professional that is service-oriented, takes the initiative, and an excellent communicator. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of high-rise and luxury properties, working closely with owners, boards, residents, and staff to deliver an exceptional living experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with unit owners, residents, boards, vendors, and staff

  • Oversee and handle daily operations, including administrative functions, property maintenance, compliance, and resident satisfaction

  • Conduct regular property and amenity inspections, ensuring safety and quality standards. Take corrective action as necessary.

  • Support and mentor on-site staff (concierge, maintenance, housekeeping)

  • Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely bill payments

  • Manage BuildingLink platform, amenity reservations, and communication tools

  • Prepare and distribute newsletters, meeting notices, and minutes

  • Attend board meetings, assist with strategic planning, and ensure clear communication

  • Other assigned duties

Requirements

  • 5+ years of property management experience (luxury, HOA, multifamily, or high-rise preferred)

  • Job is in-person at the assigned property.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving ability

  • Experience with property management software (BuildingLink a plus)

  • Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and the demands of owners, residents, and contractors with professionalism

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Flexibility for evenings, weekends, natural disasters, and emergencies as needed
