Position Summary
The Community Banking Sr. Program Analyst supports the administration and execution of Community Banking, Key4Women and Key4Entrepreneurs programming at the national and local levels. These programs are designed to deepen client and community engagement, strengthen relationships with small businesses, and respond to the evolving needs of the broader community. They also create relationship household growth opportunities among KeyBank leaders and aspiring leaders engaged through programming, while advancing strategic business priorities through education, networking, thought leadership, and community-based experiences. This role helps ensure programs are delivered consistently and in alignment with business priorities, procedures, and compliance requirements. The role partners across marketing, legal, risk, compliance, operations, and business teams to develop and manage program processes, procedures, tools, resources, and SharePoint content. It also supports governance routines, review cycles, issue escalation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration and execution of Community Banking, Key4Women and Key4Entrepreneur Programs, including national initiatives and local market activities.
  • Develop and maintain program tools, templates, trackers, job aids, and other resources to support consistent execution.
  • Manage SharePoint sites, content pages, and document libraries to keep program materials current, organized, and accessible.
  • Maintain centralized repositories and coordinate review cycles for program materials, procedures, and resources.
  • Monitor program activity for alignment with policies, procedures, risk controls, and compliance requirements; identify and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support procedure development, process documentation, governance routines, and process improvement efforts.
  • Track milestones and key performance indicators; prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support vendor, event, and partner-related administrative processes tied to program delivery.
  • Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives that advance Community Banking Program priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, marketing, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program coordination, project management, operations, compliance support, business administration, marketing support, or a related function.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and review cycles.
  • Experience developing and maintaining procedures, process documentation, and resource materials.
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with business and control partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing reports, presentations, and program communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with experience managing SharePoint content, document libraries, or shared resource repositories.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve process, documentation, content, or compliance gaps.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services, community banking, program management, or another regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of operational risk, compliance, procedure management, governance, or marketing review processes.
  • Experience supporting events, market-level programming, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Familiarity with dashboards, program metrics, and leadership reporting.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Experience with marketing coordination, content governance, repository management, or SharePoint administration.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $69,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
