About This Role: We're seeking a dedicated, skilled middle school history teacher to support students in building a strong understanding of historical content within a structured, student-centered, small-group classroom. This role focuses on fostering critical thinking, analysis, and connections between past and present through thoughtful planning and differentiation. Teachers are empowered to make instructional decisions that best meet their students' needs, with ongoing organizational support to help manage classroom logistics and day-to-day responsibilities.
Location:
This role is in-person at one of our partner schools in Brooklyn, NY.
Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 12:55 PM - 5:00 PM
Requirements:
  • Charismatic, student-focused personality
  • 1-2 years of teaching experience
  • Comfort with technology (or openness to learning new platforms)

Salary:
$50k-$75k
