About the Position
Paramount Pharmacy Group is seeking a professional, dependable, and welcoming receptionist/administrative assistant for our quiet executive office in Piscataway.
Urdu or Hindi language skills are strongly preferred, along with professional English communication. Applicants from all backgrounds are welcome.
Responsibilities
  • Greet executives, guests, and visitors professionally.
  • Answer and direct telephone calls.
  • Take messages and assist with scheduling.
  • Perform basic administrative and computer tasks.
  • Receive mail, deliveries, and documents.
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings.
  • Serve tea, chai, coffee, water, and light refreshments.
  • Maintain reception, conference room, kitchen, and common areas.
  • Assist executives and management with office-support tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Urdu and/or Hindi speaking ability strongly preferred.
  • Professional English communication skills required.
