Job Description
As a bilingual Customer Service Representative , you will assist health plan members and providers with inquiries, education, and issue resolution. This hybrid role involves daily member calls, coordinating care needs, and supporting medical management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to member and provider calls, emails, and chats
• Provide assistance with benefits, claims, eligibility, referrals, and pharmacy issues
• Arrange transportation, locate providers, and support community service access
• Perform ongoing member education and assist with health assessments
• Document calls and maintain accurate records per department standards
• Support preventative health screening and quality initiatives
• Collaborate with Medical Management, Provider Relations, and Quality teams
Requirements
Experience:
• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role with direct client contact (via phone, email, chat, or in-person) – Required
• Must speak Burmese fluently – Required
Education:
• High School Diploma – Required (proof not needed at submission)
