Southern National Roofing, a leading name in residential roofing, is seeking motivated and experienced High Ticket Sales Closers to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 8-12 pre-scheduled, pre-qualified in-home sales presentations weekly
  • Assess customer needs and present roofing solutions effectively
  • Close high ticket sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
  • Participate in company training and stay current with product knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Operate as a road warrior, traveling to customer appointments as scheduled
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in high ticket or commission-based roles
  • Proven track record of closing sales and achieving sales goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Strong negotiation skills and customer-focused approach
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently while managing a flexible schedule
  • Technologically savvy with proficiency in mobile devices and CRM tools
Compensation and Schedule:
  • Competitive commission-based pay with on-target earnings between $150,000 and $300,000 annually
  • Weekly draw against commission plus uncapped earning potential
  • Pre-scheduled appointments Monday through Saturday with flexible hours
