What is contractual high ticket sales?

Contractual High Ticket Sales refers to the process of selling high-value products or services, typically costing thousands of dollars, on a contractual or commission basis rather than as a salaried employee. Professionals in this role often work with businesses or entrepreneurs to close large deals, such as coaching programs, consulting packages, or enterprise solutions. They usually receive a commission for each sale made, making it a performance-driven position. This job requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively guide potential clients through the decision-making process.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a contractual high ticket sales professional?

To excel in Contractual High Ticket Sales, you need strong sales acumen, persuasive communication, and experience with complex deal structuring, often supported by a proven sales track record. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, contract management tools, and occasionally relevant sales certifications is typical. Exceptional negotiation, active listening, and relationship-building skills are essential soft skills that set top performers apart. These abilities ensure you can build trust, close high-value deals, and drive significant revenue for clients or employers.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals in contractual high ticket sales roles, and how can they be overcome?

Professionals in contractual high ticket sales often encounter challenges such as building trust with clients quickly, managing long sales cycles, and handling complex negotiations. Since deals involve significant investments, clients may be more cautious and require extensive information and reassurance. Success in this role often depends on strong relationship-building skills, persistence, and a consultative approach. Leveraging a deep understanding of both the product and the client's needs, as well as collaborating closely with technical and support teams, can help overcome these hurdles and close high-value deals.

This is a **remote high-ticket sales position**. All sales are completed by phone or video—there is **no door-to-door selling, neighborhood canvassing, or traveling to prospects’ homes.**

What You Get

* Company-provided leads during your first month

* Every agent receives ongoing access to our in-house lead-generation system

* Direct mentorship

* Remote work flexibility

* Access to our Schaumburg office

* Team trips and events in different states

* Opportunities to grow into leadership and build a team

First-Month Earning Opportunity

New full-time agents who follow our system have recently had $7,000–$12,000 in commission deposited directly into their bank accounts during their first full month**.

This is actual commission paid to the agent—not simply submitted production.

What You’ll Do

* Speak with qualified prospects by phone or video

* Ask simple questions to understand their goals and needs

* Present and close high-ticket solutions

* Complete client applications and follow up

* Attend remote training and coaching

* Apply feedback and consistently follow our proven sales system

* Have a strong work ethic

* Are confident speaking with people

* Can stay consistent and follow through

* Want to develop high-income sales skills

* Must have a reliable phone, laptop, and high-speed internet

* Must have or be willing to obtain the required state license
