Job's mission
As part of our global operations team, you'll be at the center of keeping customer orders flowing smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you'll reduce processing delays, minimize backlogs, and ensure that every shipment gets where it needs to be - on time, every time. Your ability to simplify processes, communicate with impact, and drive fulfillment excellence will directly support customer satisfaction and enable timely revenue recognition.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage order processing, goods receipt, goods issue, inventory management, and reverse logistics activities
  • Act as the main point of contact for order-related follow-up, ensuring timely and clear communication across teams
  • Proactively resolve fulfillment backlogs to protect revenue and avoid shipment delays
  • Improve reliability and responsiveness in order management to support cash flow and customer experience
  • Minimize manual processing to reduce cost and increase operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and supplier teams to address order or system issues
  • Monitor order status and take ownership of escalations to maintain high service levels
  • Lead logistics service operational performance review, scorecards, improvement plans and resolve any operational gaps identified with RCCA/COE/8D/problem solving methods
  • Establish and document warehouse and distribution processes according to ASM standards

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics coordination, or customer support roles
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other data tools for tracking and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of order fulfillment workflows and ERP systems, (SAP Preferred).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to operate in an environment of significant change and ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a high-tech, semiconductor, or manufacturing supply chain environment
  • Familiarity with lean order processing or automation initiatives
  • History of improving customer satisfaction or fulfillment KPIs through process improvements
  • Experience managing 3PL partners
