Job description

Are you a proven sales professional who wants more control over your income and the freedom to build something of your own?

EverLine Coatings is expanding in North New Jersey, and we’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of a territory and grow it aggressively.

This is not a “sit back and wait for leads” role. This is for someone who knows how to hunt, build relationships, and close business.

You’ll be selling high-demand asphalt maintenance services—including line striping, sealcoating, crack filling, and pothole repair—to commercial and industrial clients.

The Outside Sales Representative will be an ambassador of EverLine, adhering to our DRIVEN values.

What You Get

  • High earning potential (performance-based, uncapped upside)
  • Ability to help shape your own compensation structure
  • Ownership of a defined territory
  • Strong operational support so you can focus on selling
  • Established brand with growing market demand
  • Repeat business model (recurring clients year after year)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and grow a territory through prospecting, networking, and relationship development
  • Generate new business with property managers, HOAs, commercial facilities, and industrial clients
  • Conduct site visits, assess needs, and prepare proposals
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Track activity, manage leads, and follow up consistently
  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitors
  • Represent EverLine professionally and consistently in the field
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and DRIVEN values to provide accurate representation of the company

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience (asphalt/parking lot maintenance strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to generate your own leads and close deals
  • Strong understanding of line striping, sealcoating, and asphalt repair services
  • Self-starter mindset—you don’t need to be micromanaged
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized and disciplined with pipeline management
  • Clean driver’s license

Who Succeeds in This Role

  • Hunters, not order-takers
  • People who are comfortable knocking on doors and making cold outreach
  • Sales professionals who want to bet on themselves
  • Individuals who take ownership of results—not excuses

Additional Details

  • Compensation will be customized with the right candidate and may include a mix of base salary, commission, and performance incentives.
  • Hours are flexible based on workload, with occasional evenings/weekends during peak season.

About EverLine

  • At EverLine, we live by our DRIVEN values:
  • Dedicated. Resourceful. Integrity-Focused. Value-Based. Excelling. Nourishing.

If that sounds like you, we want to talk.
