A client of Impart Consulting is seeking a high-caliber Commercial Roofing Production Superintendent to lead field operations, elevate crew performance, and drive excellence across safety, quality, and productivity. This is a role for a hands-on leader—someone who thrives in the field, builds strong teams, and sets the tone for professionalism and accountability. What You'll Lead • Multiple commercial roofing crews on active job sites • Installation of flat roofing systems: TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, coatings • Daily jobsite safety, quality control, and productivity standards • Coordination with project managers, GCs, inspectors, vendors, and clients • Crew development, mentorship, and performance coaching • Jobsite logistics, equipment, cranes, warehouse operations, and inventory • Mankato office and facility maintenance oversight What Success Looks Like • Crews operating safely, efficiently, and with pride • Projects delivered on time, on budget, and to spec • Strong communication between field teams and leadership • Proactive problem-solving and real-time decision-making • A culture of accountability and continuous improvement Ideal Background • 5+ years leading commercial flat roofing crews (superintendent or project manager level) • Deep technical knowledge of commercial roofing systems • Strong understanding of OSHA and jobsite safety requirements • Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred • Military veteran preferred • Valid driver's license Veterans: Leadership, operations, logistics, and crew management experience translate extremely well into this role.
