Job description

About Onescreen
Onescreen is the modern partner for out-of-home advertising for companies like Rippling, Replit, Deepgram, Hexclad, Siebert Financial, Monks, and OUTSHINE. We bring the data intelligence of a tech company and the strategic guidance of an OOH specialist, so marketers at every level can invest in the real world with confidence and speed at the highest quality. For more information, please visit www.onescreen.ai.
The Role
This is a hands-on role for a marketer who's equally comfortable owning programs and executing them. You'll manage contractors and agency partners, run content and demand programs, support events, and work directly with customers to bring their stories to life. You'll report directly to leadership and collaborate closely with sales.
What You'll Own
Content, Social + Customers
  • Own all social channels with new and creative ideas
  • Develop and manage a content calendar across channels - thought leadership, case studies, email, and more
  • Work directly with customers to surface and tell their stories through case studies, testimonials, and co-marketing
  • Oversee content contractors and agency partners, ensuring quality and on-brand execution
  • Develop sales enablement materials - one-pagers, talk tracks, and campaign collateral - that help the sales team show up with confidence

Event Support
  • Coordinate marketing support for Onescreen-hosted and sponsored events
  • Develop event strategy, collateral, and follow-up programs in partnership with internal teams
  • Help Onescreen show up in the real world the way we help our customers do

Demand Programs
  • Manage demand generation contractors and programs across paid, owned, and partner channels
  • Partner with sales to build pipeline-driving campaigns tailored to our ICP segments
  • Track and report on program performance using tools like GA4 and HubSpot, with a bias toward learning and iteration

Brand Standards
  • Serve as the keeper of our brand - ensuring consistency across every channel, campaign, and piece of collateral
  • Uphold the quality bar in everything that goes out; you protect the standard and inspire confidence in everyone you work with

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or media/advertising
  • Genuine love for creative - you have opinions about what good looks like and can articulate why
  • Data-fluent - you're comfortable in HubSpot and GA4, and you know how to connect marketing activity to pipeline impact
  • AI fluent- you are actively using AI in your day to day critically, and you are eager to continue to learn more.
  • Experience working directly with customers - you're comfortable on a call with a CMO
  • Strong instincts for brand and messaging - you know the difference between filler and something that actually lands
  • Comfort managing contractors and external partners to deliver on time and on brief
  • Highly organized with strong project management instincts - you can hold multiple workstreams without dropping anything
  • Someone who understands that the best marketing builds confidence, not just clicks

Tools & Systems
Comfort with the following is a plus - these are the tools we work in every day:
  • HubSpot (CRM, email, and demand programs)
  • Canva (creative production and brand assets)
  • Claude (AI-assisted content and research)
  • LinkedIn, Instagram, and other major social platforms
  • GA4 or equivalent analytics tools

Why Onescreen
OOH is having a moment - digital costs are rising, attention is fragmenting, and brands are rediscovering the power of showing up in the real world. Onescreen is the partner built for this shift: we think like marketers, not advertisers. If you want to work at a company where the product is actually interesting, the customers are genuinely excited, and there's real room to build, this is it.
