Job description

Job Summary:
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is the global edge-to-cloud company advancing the way people live and work. They are seeking a highly motivated individual to drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for their Cloud Provider and Hyperscaler segment, focusing on Tier 1 & Tier 2 customers and emerging AI Cloud Providers.
Responsibilities:
• Lead complex HW and system NPI programs leveraging expertise in HW systems and network ASICs.
• Drive the Cloud Customer segment platforms strategy, product definition, and program execution.
• Support fast-moving cloud customer needs and pursue significant opportunities with Tier 1/Tier 2 Cloud customers and Neoclouds building AI clusters.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and systems engineering to translate market requirements into engineering product requirements.
• Manage requirements and drive engineering commitments in close partnership with various sales teams.
• Perform market and competitive assessment.
• Generate sales and product collateral.
• Partner closely with sales and marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Build and expand relationships with service provider and cloud customers.
Qualifications:
Required:
• BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management in IP networking.
• Expertise on network HW, Systems, and/or network ASICs.
• Proven track record of developing and executing complex strategies across multiple technology domains, geographic markets, and customer sets.
• Ability to analyze competitor products and business strategies in Hyperscalers, Cloud, and Neocloud markets to anticipate moves and changes.
• Ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance market needs with business strategies, manage trade-offs, and articulate the rationale behind decisions.
• Strong customer orientation used to develop and validate product/solution requirements and build business plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding technical and business presentation skills for executive, partner, analyst, and customer audiences.
Preferred:
• MBA, or experience successfully running/growing a business.
• Networking SW and HW knowledge, including Networking Protocols for DC and WAN, Network ASICs and Operating Systems
• Experience working with Hyperscalers, Neoclouds in Americas markets.
