We provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) construction to institutional and government organizations. We are a design-build contractor with extensive BIM and LEED expertise, as well as specialty experience working on complex marine, pump station, and water and wastewater projects.
Job Summary
The Front Desk Administrator serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating vendor services, maintaining office supplies, and supporting various office functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and staff
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
  • Track and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for vendors and contractors
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate vendor services
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies; place orders as needed
  • Assist with general office duties including data entry, document preparation, and scanning
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common areas

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of administrative or front desk experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
