Position Title: Front Desk Agent / Guest Service Representative

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests by handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries. This position serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a positive guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
  • Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist guests with directions, recommendations, and special requests.
  • Follow cash handling, credit card, and security procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications:
