Our Front Desk staff are often the first people a new family meets when they come into Cheer Athletics Omaha. We believe in hiring the friendliest individuals so that our families and athletes are comfortable in our facility.
Some of the responsibilities include:
  • Greeting all athletes and parents when they come into the gym
  • Assisting gym parents and potential clients with questions about classes, all-star cheer, schedules, etc.
  • Guiding parents to register for appropriate classes
  • Answering phone calls and take messages for coaches and staff

This is a part-time role, with hours during the week being generally 3:45-9 Mon-Thursday and Saturdays 8:45AM-2PM. We occasionally have hours on Sundays if there are special events, but we create monthly schedules, so our employees know in advance.
Requirements
We look for dependable individuals who enjoy working with the public, like kids, and thrive in a customer service role. No shift is the same, so being able to pivot and adapt is key. Being an active listener with an ability to occasionally problem-solve is ideal.
Employees in this role will have access to confidential information in multiple forms. Front Desk staff must always maintain confidentiality.

We do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
