We are seeking an <\/span>Help Desk\/ IT Support Analyst<\/span><\/b> to provide hands\-on IT and end\-user support in a <\/span>biopharmaceutical environment<\/span><\/b>. This role will primarily focus on desktop, application, Microsoft 365, and mobile device support, with some exposure to laboratory and IT infrastructure systems.<\/span>

  • Provide desk\-side and end\-user support for hardware, software, network, VoIP, and mobile devices.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Troubleshoot and support <\/span>Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, Azure, and Windows<\/span><\/b> environments.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Configure and troubleshoot company\-owned <\/span>iOS\/mobile devices<\/span><\/b> and enterprise applications.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Manage incidents and service requests through an <\/span>ITSM\/ticketing system<\/span><\/b>, meeting SLAs.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Support conference room AV equipment, printers, desktop imaging, application deployment, and hardware installations.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Assist with IT projects, application implementations, equipment decommissioning, and process improvements.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Create and maintain IT documentation and knowledge\-base materials.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Work with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Provide training and mentoring to end users and new helpdesk technicians.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Participate in an occasional weekend on\-call rotation.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n <\/ul>Required Qualifications<\/span>

    • 3+ years of relevant IT\/application support experience.<\/span><\/b>
      <\/li>\n
    • Strong <\/span>PC\/desktop and mobile device support<\/span><\/b> experience.<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Strong <\/span>Microsoft 365<\/span><\/b> support and troubleshooting skills.<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Experience with <\/span>Active Directory, Azure, Exchange Online, and Windows<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Experience working in a <\/span>pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other regulated environment<\/span><\/b> strongly preferred.<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and problem\-solving skills.<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.<\/span>

      Preferred:<\/span><\/b> Experience with MDM, Automox, SmartDeploy, FreshService, Trellix, software deployment tools, and basic TCP\/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and networking<\/span>
