Weโ€™re looking for an experiencedย Aluminum MIG & TIG Welderย to join our dynamic team and help build high-performance heat transfer products, including condensers and cooling units. If you take pride in your work and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Weld aluminum components using MIG and TIG techniques with accuracy and consistency
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Set up and operate welding equipment and tools
  • Inspect welds for quality and compliance
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Support continuous improvement in welding processes

ย What You Bring
  • 2+ years of aluminum MIG & TIG welding experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Welding certification preferred (e.g., AWS D1.2)
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions
  • Manual dexterity and visual acuity for precision welding
  • Exposure to heat, noise, and welding fumes (PPE provided)
  • Frequently required to sit/stand, talk and hear, use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls.
  • Required to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and occasionally reach above shoulders.
