Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Outpatient Clinic $7,000 Sign-On Bonus + Flexible Schedule

We are seeking a compassionate, innovative, and collaborative Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC-SLP) to join our growing outpatient therapy clinic serving children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), speech and language delays, developmental disabilities, feeding disorders, and neurodevelopmental conditions.


Under new leadership and advancing bold strategic goals, this is an exciting time to join Heartspring. We're investing in innovation, expanding our pediatric therapy services, and cultivating a clinical culture where expertise, compassion, and creativity converge.


The Position

  • Provide pediatric speech therapy evaluations and treatment
  • Support speech, language, communication, AAC, feeding, and social-pragmatic development
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, psychologists, educators, and behavioral health professionals
  • Build meaningful relationships with children and families
  • Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on helping children thrive

Flexible scheduling options available:

  • Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
  • Work 2 hours, 40 hours, or anything in between
  • Four 10-hour shifts, school-hour schedules, or customized flexibility

Requirements

  Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
  • Pediatric speech therapy experience preferred
  • Experience with autism spectrum disorder, AAC, feeding therapy, or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical reasoning skills
