• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs through secure video conferencing, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique situations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and tailor therapeutic approaches to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Provide engaging, solution-focused therapy sessions to adults grappling with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjust treatment plans as necessary to address evolving mental health needs.
• Accurately document assessments, treatment plans, and session notes in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for holistic care and participate in team meetings to discuss cases and share insights.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including training, workshops, and networking opportunities to stay current on mental health trends and treatment methodologies.

Your client base will predominantly consist of adults from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of mental health challenges. We prioritize cultural competence in our delivery of services, aiming to address the unique experiences and needs of each client, helping them develop strategies for resilience and recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.
• You must hold an independent license in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Please note that we only accept independent licenses; limited or provisional licenses are not suitable for this position.
• Strong decision-making abilities to evaluate and recommend treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to establish rapport with clients and foster a therapeutic alliance.
• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services and maintaining documentation.

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings with a focus on adult therapy.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload effectively while ensuring high-quality care.
