Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client base will predominantly consist of adults from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.
  • You must hold an independent license in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Please note that we only accept independent licenses; limited or provisional licenses are not suitable for this position.
  • Strong decision-making abilities to evaluate and recommend treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to establish rapport with clients and foster a therapeutic alliance.
  • Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services and maintaining documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings with a focus on adult therapy.
