Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, client-oriented assessments via video chat to understand individual needs and circumstances.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions tailored to adults facing various mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable goals, monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to confidentiality protocols and clinical standards.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations, offering insights based on your expertise to enhance collective knowledge and improve client care.

Qualifications

• Education: A master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• Licensing: An independent mental health license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) issued by the state, as limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to make clinical evaluations and informed decisions for treatment planning and intervention.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency in technology, including telehealth systems and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing therapy in a telehealth setting, especially with adult populations.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Previous experience working within a community health clinic or similar fast-paced, client-focused environments.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
