• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to individuals seeking to alleviate stress and promote overall well-being.
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and customize mindfulness practices that best address their unique situations.
• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques, fostering self-awareness and emotional balance.
• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness techniques, stress management strategies, and resilience-building exercises.
• Incorporate mindfulness into one-on-one therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to support clients' specific mental health needs and personal goals.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and health care professionals to integrate mindfulness into a unified treatment approach, enhancing the quality of care provided.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions, and individual treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including personal mindfulness practice and training, to continuously enhance your skills in mindfulness-based therapies.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid licensure such as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon is essential for this position.
• Experience or extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) practices is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Strong ability to integrate mindfulness practices into therapeutic interventions to assist clients in their healing journey.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on creating a calming and supportive therapeutic atmosphere for clients.

• Familiarity with different therapeutic modalities and how they may complement mindfulness-based approaches.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the nuances of culture in therapy.
• Previous experience in facilitating group therapy sessions or workshops is an asset.

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
