Job description

Nebraska Spine Hospital is dedicated exclusively to spine care, providing our patients with unparalleled expertise.

As a physician-led specialty hospital, we are proud to be recognized as the only Spine Center of Excellence in the region. At Nebraska Spine Hospital, we excel in spine care because it is our sole focus. Our commitment to excellence has earned us repeated recognition from Becker’s Hospital Review as one of the 100 Hospitals & Health Systems with Great Neurosurgery and Spine Programs.

As our Risk-Patient Safety Manager, you will be a key player in healthcare risk management, driving patient safety initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance within our hospital. This pivotal leadership role focuses on proactive risk prevention and effective loss mitigation strategies, aligning with administrative leadership to safeguard patient well-being and uphold our commitment to quality care. You must possess excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, coupled with a proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively across various departments.
