Summary : The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day framework required to plan, coordinate, and execute a project. The Project Coordinator will ensure all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently to ensure project goals & deliverables are met. This individual works collaboratively with physicians, leadership, staff, and applicable support departments to ensure the successful completion of the assigned project. The Project Coordinator -must be able to successfully communicate across a wide spectrum of audiences, lead change initiatives, have strong organizational and problem-solving skills. This individual must be able to function effectively with multiple priorities. In addition, the Project Coordinator will provide administrative and communication support to the Project Manager.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This Position is In-Office Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: Associate's degree in business or healthcare related field is required. A bachelor's degree or professional certification in project coordination is preferred. Minimum of One to Three years of administrative or executive assistant role in a healthcare environment is required. Three to Five years of administrative or executive assistant role in a healthcare environment is preferred. Also must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize accordingly to meet deadlines
• Strong and thorough attention to detail
• Knowledge of business and clinical operations of a medical group practice
• Knowledge of applicable governmental regulations and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of Project Management systems and applications
• Skill in planning, organizing and supervising projects, group meetings
• Skill in problem-solving and teamwork
• Skill in developing and maintaining effective relationships with medical and administrative staff
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to prepare reports
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally

Essential functions are those tasks, duties and responsibilities that comprise the means of accomplishing the job's purpose and objectives. 1. Proactively coordinates assigned project progress and timelines to ensure project goals and deliverables are met. Coordinates day to day project tasks.
2. Coordinates project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule, or scope as directed by the Project Manager.
3. Conducts post project implementation review to identify successes and opportunities for future projects.
4. Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project teams throughout the project life cycle.
5. Coordinates with local leadership, new providers, and corporate members of the onboarding team to ensure a seamless on-boarding process.
6. Produces preliminary materials for internal and external dissemination and review as directed by the Project Manager. Participates in presentations as needed.
7. Coordinate strategic short-range onboarding processes to support the organization's and practice's goals.
8. Submits Market capital purchase requests and coordinates the delivery or installation of capital purchases.
9. Providers administrative support to the Project Manager.
10. Performs other duties as assigned/required
