CHARACTERISTICS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Ability to think critically and solve problems.
  • Understand how and why clients would use Cority software including the ability to demonstrate various examples of how they are using the software.
  • Experience in EHS system implementation projects and strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to instill confidence in clients and build strong trusting relationships both internally and externally.
  • Stay up to date on new features released and share knowledge of the platform with team members.
  • Demonstrate excellent project budget awareness, responsiveness, professionalism, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the liaison between Cority and clients for assigned projects. Utilize business analyst and information system expertise to implement enterprise software.
  • Gather requirements from client stakeholders to fully understand current processes and requirements. Evaluate and draw conclusions from customer related data.
  • Develop detailed documentation of design decisions and configure software to meet design.
  • Follow Cority Implementation Methodology (CIM) for all customer implementations.ย  Establish, in conjunction with the client and Cority PM, a plan for management of the project implementation including intervention where timeline milestones are being delayed or missed.ย 
  • Guide and teach clients on the configuration of Cority software to meet business requirements.ย  Provide recommendations to clients on how to align business practices to standard Cority software functionality.
  • Develop and conduct standard & client tailored training sessions for end-users and train-the-trainer programs.
  • Travel to client sites an average of 25% of the time, rarely more than one week at a time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of a university program in environmental science or engineering, occupational health & safety, industrial hygiene, occupational health, business administration, computer science, management information systems, or a related program with equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years software implementation experience desired.
  • Industry experience in the field of safety, medical, environmental, or industrial hygiene preferred.
  • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of system implementation life cycles and project management methodologies. Understanding of various analysis methodologies such as agile, waterfall, and prototype.
