A Healthcare Customer Support representative is a professional who assists patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies with inquiries related to healthcare services, billing, appointments, insurance claims, and medical records. They often work in hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, or specialized call centers, providing information and resolving issues to ensure a positive patient experience. Their role is crucial in helping customers navigate the often complex healthcare system, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulations like HIPAA.
