We are currently hiring  Healthcare Customer Support Specialists. You will be supporting the world's largest virtual clinic specializing in women’s and family health. Founded in 2014, they provide 24/7 digital access to specialists across all stages of women's health and family care. Their platform acts as an employer-sponsored benefit, offering personalized care via video chat and messaging to improve health outcomes and reduce costs.


As  Healthcare Customer Support Specialists on this campaign, you will act as the voice of this innovative platform, helping both medical providers and members smoothly navigate the world of digital care. In this highly impactful role, you will be on the front lines helping people in their times of need! You will learn the ins and outs of the client's product, daily operations, and the unique needs of the members to deliver an exceptional, empathetic support experience.

Working as an Healthcare Customer Support Specialist, You Will:


  • Be a first point of contact and deliver exemplary service to our members and providers through multiple channels including phone, email and live chat
  • Share information with our members–everything from product functionality to benefits eligibility and the range of our provider services
  • Support account set up, enrollment, prescription services, and booking appointments for our members 
  • Provide first-line technical support and escalate technical and member experience issues following standardized operating procedures
  • Collaborate cross functionally to resolve member escalations and provide personalized care 


Working as an Healthcare Customer Support Specialist, You Have:


  • 1-2 years of experience in high volume customer service settings
  • Experience within healthcare, healthtech or insurance
  • Experience providing customer support via phone, live chat, and/or messaging 
  • Demonstrate ability to get things done, exceptional attention to detail, and great research skills
  • Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • Must successfully pass a background check
  • The understanding you will be working on site at our state-of-the-art campus in Las Vegas, NV


Availability: Full-time (some shifts may depend on availability).
