Healthcare Recruiter – Remote Contract

Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Type: Contract

A national healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter for a remote contract opportunity. The recruiter will support high-volume hiring across a variety of healthcare positions, including clinical, billing, laboratory, IT, administrative, and other healthcare-related roles.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers.
  • Source active and passive candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
  • Conduct candidate screening and interviews.
  • Create job postings and candidate outreach.
  • Manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment, approximately 5–8 hires per week.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS.


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of healthcare recruiting experience.
  • Hospital, medical center, or healthcare organization recruiting experience required.
  • Strong sourcing and passive candidate recruiting skills.
  • Experience with ATS systems, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Must have a reliable personal laptop/computer and internet connection.
