Night Shift RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse Supervisor) - Cincinnati, OH

Meadowbrook Care Center is a 156-bed facility located in Northeast Cincinnati, in close proximity to all local hospitals. Through the years, Meadowbrook Care Center has continued to grow and evolve to meet community needs, and today offers a full continuum of care, from temporary respite stays, to short-term rehabilitation, to long-term skilled nursing care, as well as a broad array of specialty programs and services. Moreover, our convenient location provides immediate access to hospital specialists in virtually every area of medicine, as well as emergency care, should it be required.

Job Summary:

Meadowbrook Care Center is currently hiring a full-time Night Shift RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse Supervisor) to oversee nursing operations during the overnight hours. We are seeking a compassionate, experienced leader with a strong background in long-term care and clinical supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated RN ready to make an impact in a supportive and resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all nursing activities on the night shift

  • Ensure quality care is delivered in accordance with established policies and regulatory standards

  • Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff

  • Monitor and evaluate resident care needs, responding appropriately to changes

  • Participate in on-call rotation with other nursing supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid RN license in the state of Ohio
