Job description

Meadowbrook Care Center is currently seeking a every other weekend receptionist to join our team. Receptionist candidates must possess outstanding service skills, computer knowledge and be comfortable interacting with visitors and our residents. Prior experience in a health care facility is preferred.

Responsibilities of Receptionist include:

  • Greeting and directing all visitors

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls

  • Assist with handling resident funds

  • New resident registration

  • Assist with business office, human resources, and medical records functions

  • External errands to post office/bank

  • Other clerical duties such as filing, typing, faxing and copying.
