Earnings Potential:

The salary range for this role is $90,000.00 to $140,000.00 annually. This role is paid solely on commissions in accordance with the Company's Plan. Our total rewards package also includes performance bonuses and competitive benefits for eligible employees.

What You'll Do - Primary Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers to review credit applications, present financing, leasing, warranty, maintenance, and protection product options professionally and ethically. Clearly explain terms to ensure an informed purchasing decision.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers through transparent communication, professionalism, and a consultative sales approach.
  • Structure and secure financing approvals through lender partnerships.
  • Process finance and lease transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support a dealership process that ensures 100% turnover to the Finance Department.
  • Handle lender and rate quotations.
  • Maintain strict compliance to all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing automotive finance transactions as well as Company policies, including accurate and complete documentation of all contracts.
  • Partner closely with sales associates and leadership to ensure seamless deal flow, effective communication, and achievement of dealership sales objectives.

What We're Looking For - Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-3 years of prior automotive Finance & Insurance experience strongly preferred.
  • High-performing automotive sales professionals are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of automotive financing, leasing, and aftermarket products.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable federal & state regulations governing the F&I department in automotive (including but not limited to: Truth in Lending, Fair Credit Reporting Act, OFAC compliance, and FTC Safeguards).
  • Commitment to ethical sales practices, accurate contract processing, and full compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.
  • Strong ability to analyze credit applications, interpret lender requirements, and structure deals that align with both customer needs and dealership objectives.
  • Exceptional customer service and written/verbal professional communication skills.
  • Experience with dealer management systems (DMS), desking tools, and F&I software platforms (e.g., Dealertrack), along with general proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
