With distribution centers in California, Texas, and Georgia, the company offers rapid access to in-stock blank caps, domestic embroidery and heat-transfer decoration, and fully custom overseas manufacturing. The team supports customers from concept through delivery, providing flexible solutions and competitive pricing tailored to different order sizes and timelines. Whether customers need fast-turn promotional orders or long-term custom headwear programs, Direct Caps USA focuses on dependable service and streamlined sourcing to reduce operational headaches.


Role Description: The Sales Professional role is a full-time, on-site position based in one of our three office locations (Norcross, GA; Arlington, TX; Gardena, CA). This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers, including distributors, brands, retailers, and organizations seeking headwear solutions. Day-to-day activities include prospecting new accounts, following up on leads, conducting sales calls and presentations, preparing quotes, and guiding customers through product selection, customization, and ordering. The Sales Professional will collaborate closely with operations and production teams to ensure accurate orders, timely delivery, and high service levels. The role also involves maintaining CRM records, tracking sales performance, and identifying opportunities to expand relationships and drive revenue growth.


Qualifications:

  • Strong sales and account management skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and relationship building.
  • Experience with B2B sales, preferably in apparel, headwear, promotional products, or related manufacturing and distribution.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities, with clear, professional verbal and written skills.
  • Comfort working with pricing, quotes, and order details, with solid attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to use CRM and productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms, spreadsheets, and email) to manage pipelines and track activity.
  • Customer-focused mindset, capable of understanding client needs and recommending appropriate headwear and decoration solutions.
  • Ability to work on-site in the office location applied, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience meeting or exceeding sales targets; familiarity with promotional products or custom manufacturing is a plus.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.


Schedule & Compensation:

  • This is a full-time, on-site role, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at our Norcross, GA office.
  • The compensation package includes hourly base pay + sales commission.
  • The base pay is $20/hour during the first 3-month probationary period, $22/hour after successfully completing probation, and $24/hour after one year of employment, subject to a performance review.
  • Sales commission is uncapped.
