As the Senior Specialist - Regional Sales Representative, you will drive market share expansion and brand presence across regional account doors across the Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska regions, translating commercial strategy into impactful field execution. Connecting retail partners with On's innovative performance footwear and apparel, you will elevate customer experiences and strengthen community engagement. Reporting to the Head of Sales, Regional Accounts on the United States Sales team, you will maximize sell-in and sell-out performance while cultivating long-term strategic relationships across the region.

This position is travel-intensive (30-60%) and as a perk, a company vehicle will be included for use as a perk. Our ideal team member will live within about an hour's drive from Portland, OR.


Your Mission
  • Build and nurture collaborative partnerships with regional retail accounts, identifying growth opportunities that align with customer objectives and drive sustainable market share expansion
  • Elevate brand presence across doors by guiding in-store and digital visual merchandising execution, product launches, and community events
  • Oversee daily account operations including order book management, inventory forecasting, product assortment optimization, and proactive resolution of customer inquiries
  • Prepare and deliver data-informed sales presentations using regional analytics to highlight commercial opportunities and evaluate prospective doors that fit On's distribution strategy
  • Analyze sales performance metrics regularly to inform inventory adjustments, align field execution with brand commercial goals, and consistently hit revenue targets
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis to monitor competitive dynamics, channel trends, and retail developments, sharing actionable field insights with internal stakeholders
Your Story
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or field marketing within a premium consumer goods, footwear, or apparel brand environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial negotiation, account growth strategy, and navigating complex customer conversations to build long-term partnerships
  • Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools, leveraging retail math and sales planning data to optimize sell-through and forecast demand accurately
  • Proven ability to challenge status quo assumptions, analyze sales metrics from multiple angles, and solve complex commercial challenges in dynamic market environments
  • Deep passion for storytelling and brand advocacy, with a track record of inspiring retail partners and driving product adoption across diverse audiences
  • Willingness to navigate a travel-intensive schedule of 30-60% across the designated territory while living within commutable proximity to Portland 
  • You possess a valid driver's license and are willing to undergo a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check as part of the pre-employment process
