Job Description:
We are seeking an entry to mid-level Visual Merchandiser to support a high-profile seasonal apparel and footwear merchandising project. This role will assist with styling mannequins, merchandising product displays, event setup/teardown, and supporting presentation execution for a major retail brand experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Dress and style mannequins according to provided visual direction and merchandising plans
  • Assist with merchandising apparel and footwear displays on tables, walls, and presentation areas
  • Unpack, steam, fold, and organize apparel and merchandise for presentation
  • Lift, move, haul, and set up mannequins, fixtures, and boxed materials (up to 50 lbs daily)
  • Remove and reattach mannequin limbs for setup and teardown needs
  • Transport materials to and from staging/storage locations
  • Support conference room/event space buildout and merchandising execution
  • Assist with teardown efforts, including undressing mannequins, repacking merchandise, and returning materials to storage
  • Incorporate feedback from leadership walkthroughs and make presentation adjustments as needed
  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure polished, premium visual presentations

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 year of visual merchandising experience (entry to mid-level candidates encouraged to apply)
  • In-store retail experience with seasonal floor sets or merchandising presentations
  • Stockroom or operational experience involving unpacking, organizing, and moving merchandise
  • Strong eye for detail with presentation quality, garment steaming, and styling accuracy
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs daily in a highly physical environment
  • Experience working in apparel, footwear, home goods, furniture, or similar retail environments
  • Familiarity with retail fixture systems and merchandising terminology
  • Comfortable following established visual direction and executing merchandising plans
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mannequin styling experience
  • Styling experience with apparel or fashion presentations
  • Experience supporting event, showroom, or conference merchandising setups
  • Interest in seasonal or project-based retail merchandising opportunities
