Job description

Stop N Stor, a multi-facility storage chain in the Coastal Empire, is looking for dynamic Assistant Store Managers in Savannah to help manage the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art self-storage facilities. We currently have openings at both our Benton Blvd and Ogeechee Rd locations.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to convert walk-in and web reservations, and the willingness to perform light facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Focus:

  • Possess strong sales skills when interacting with potential new tenants and customers.

  • Maximize conversion of telephone, web, and walk-in inquiries.

  • Maintain high motivation to achieve location business objectives.

Customer Service:

  • Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and professional representation of the Stop N Stor brand to potential customers, tenants, and staff.

  • Bring a positive attitude and a professional appearance to the workplace daily.

Daily Duties:

  • Execute new leases and maintain accurate records for each customer.

  • Process daily payments and report End-of-Day (EOD) results.

  • Perform collections for delinquent accounts with strong accountability.

  • Maintain overall property appearance, including light cleaning of the property.

  • Work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Experience with Storage Facility Software / Point of Sale (POS) Software is a big plus.

  • High school degree preferred.

  • Retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.

  • Previous storage facility experience is a plus.
