What You'll Do:
Support daily operations and keep the burrito magic flowing
Train and motivate team members
Deliver excellent customer service
Keep things clean, safe, and running smoothly
Help grow sales and manage labor & food costs

You have experience in food service or retail (preferred but not required)

Must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and able to pass a criminal background check.
Requirements:
Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must have the ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
Must have one year experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a management role, but will consider all restaurant applicants for management. Managers are expected to work a full 45-hour week. Including nights, weekends and holidays. You are also expected to be in uniform while working.
