We are seeking an experienced, service-driven, and entrepreneurial Store Manager to lead our boutique operations and deliver exceptional luxury customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for luxury retail, home and lifestyle products, and personalized client engagement, while demonstrating the ability to drive business performance and uphold the highest standards of brand excellence. The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of the boutique's daily operations, sales performance, team development, inventory management, and communication with the Istanbul Head Office, ensuring seamless execution of company objectives and an elevated customer journey. Key Responsibilities Sales and Team Leadership & Business Development Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team in achieving and exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, interior designers, hospitality partners, and local businesses. Identify opportunities for private appointments, partnerships, and outreach initiatives to drive brand awareness. Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to maximize business opportunities. Foster a culture of clienteling and personalized luxury service. Store Operations Oversee all daily store operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and operational excellence. Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards consistent with brand guidelines. Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and operational compliance. Prepare reports on sales, inventory, operational matters, and business performance. Support implementation of company initiatives, product launches, and seasonal collections. Ensure brand standards and corporate procedures are consistently executed. Coordinate maintenance needs and ensure the boutique remains in pristine condition. Monitor online sales activity and ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders. Coordinate shipping, packaging, and customer communications related to e-commerce transactions. Maintain accuracy of online inventory and product availability. Inventory Management Oversee inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and reconciliations. Monitor stock levels and anticipate replenishment needs. Coordinate product transfers, receiving procedures, and merchandise allocations. Communicate inventory requirements and stock updates with the Istanbul Head Office. Minimize stock discrepancies and maintain proper inventory controls. Operational Excellence Handle all operational duties including scheduling, expense monitoring, and administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements. Analyze store performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably within home, lifestyle, fashion, or premium hospitality sectors. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with inventory systems, reporting tools, and e-commerce operations.
