POSITION TITLE: HEAD OF MAINTENANCE - LINCOLN TRAIL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL


DEPARTMENT: CUSTODIAL/MAINTENANCE


REPORTS TO: TODD WILKERSON (NSCSC DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS)

BEN LAWALIN (LINCOLN TRAIL PRINCIPAL)


POSITION SUMMARY:

THE QUALIFIED APPLICANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING AND OVERSEEING THE CONDITION AND OPERATION OF LINCOLN TRAIL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, INCLUDING SUPERVISING OF CUSTODIAL STAFF. THE INDIVIDUAL IN THIS POSITION MUST POSSESS EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION, ORGANIZATIONAL, AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS, BE ABLE TO BUILD AND SUSTAIN PROFESSIONAL RAPPORT WITH SCHOOL STAFF, AND BE ABLE TO SUPPORT REQUESTS.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLEANLINESS OF THE BUILDINGS, SUCH AS FLOORS, CORRIDORS, RESTROOMS, CLASSROOMS, ETC.
  • RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPER CARE OF GROUNDS, INCLUDING PARKING LOTS, SIDEWALKS, LAWNS, ETC.
  • RESPONSBILE FOR SCHEDULING ANY MAJOR CLEANING DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS OR VACATIONS
  • RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECTING, SUPERVISING, TRAINING, AND EVALUATING OF CUSTODIAL STAFF
