Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Lead implementation of commercial operations framework (Data Analytics, Forecasting, Sales/Business Operations, Commercial Systems/processes) to build a first-in-class organization.
  • Establish and maintain analytics/operational infrastructure and processes for the commercial business.
  • Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer; coordinate cross-functional initiatives, drive alignment, and serve as a central communication/execution point.
  • Build and lead a high-performing, diverse team.
  • Provide data-driven insights to CEO/CFO/Commercial Leadership to support current business and future opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing on promotional metrics and reporting for brand/customer segment effectiveness.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Patient Services, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Executive Leadership to achieve objectives; deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Oversee forecast modeling and forecasting for Anaphylm (monthly/quarterly updates, annual updates, long-term outlook), including market data analysis (claims, demand, inventory, payer, competitive data) and competitive price tracking.
  • Build HCP targeting program using analytics/CRM.
  • Establish field CRM and data warehouse capabilities; manage incentive compensation design/evaluation, sales activity reporting, field force structure/territory mapping, and field force processes (CRM/expense integration, vehicle reimbursement, credentialing, policies).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in related business or analytical field.
  • Minimum 15 years in biotech/pharma.
  • Experience building business operations infrastructure for product launch/commercialization; both small/emerging and mature biopharma.
  • Expertise in medical legal review of promotional materials and compliance-supporting processes.
  • Experience procuring/analyzing third-party data (market, competition, launch tracking, payer/market share, physician targeting, sales effectiveness) and analyzing market trends/best practices.
  • Process development/project management experience in emerging/growing environments.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Clinical, Legal, HR, Compliance) and people management.
  • Strong multi-project management, executive communication/influencing, and analytics passion.
Preferred:
  • Masterโ€™s or advanced degree.
  • Experience building a business operations team from the ground up for nimble organizations/first product launches.
