YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR HEAD OF ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE
This maintenance technician works 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday. Occasional weekends and overtime may be required.
As our Head of Engineering and Maintenance, your day starts with a proactive check of the entire hotel, ensuring everything is running smoothly through your top-notch maintenance skills. You enthusiastically tackle daily work orders, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Always on-call, you're the hero who keeps the hotel running like clockwork, ready to handle any building issues 24/7.
You're the mastermind behind the hotel's preventative maintenance program, managing everything from guestroom repairs to HVAC, pool systems, fire systems, plumbing, electrical, and key systems. Keeping the pool's chemistry and temperature just right is part of your daily groove.
Safety and security are your top priorities; you keep the grounds looking fabulous, maintain neat landscaping, and handle snow removal to ensure safe and clear walkways and parking lots. Each day is a new adventure, and you're always ready to keep the hotel welcoming, efficient, and safe.
