Job Summary and Qualifications What qualifications you will need:

Position Summary and General Duties: 

Answering incoming calls to the facility, paging visitors, patients, employees and physicians appropriately, Connecting callers to appropriate parties, Executing necessary action when various hospital emergencies occur, Provides customers with needed information when serving as hospital receptionist, knowledgeable of all hospital disaster/code plans, knowledge of what to do when paging system is down, knowledge of hospital policy/procedures for confidential patients, knowledge of policy for dealing with the media, ability to communicate with the public, and knowledge of Emergency Alarm Panels.


Qualifications: 

Education: GED or High School Diploma
