Join Our Growing Team as a Hardware Installer!

Turnkey is an expanding hardware and safe installation company serving the DFW area. We’re looking to add skilled and motivated Hardware Installers to our team! If you’re eager to grow with a company that invests in its employees, you’ve found the right place. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you’re fully equipped for success on every job site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install door and bathroom hardware for new construction projects
  • Cut keys and perform lock keying
  • Work with a variety of tools, including power drills, screwdrivers, etc.
  • Provide exceptional service while maintaining a high level of professionalism on the job

What We’re Looking For:

  • Honest, dependable, and a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Comfortable working with tools and technology
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Availability Monday-Friday with some Saturday shifts
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation
