Picker/Packers (Warehouse Associates)

We are seeking dependable Picker/Packers (Warehouse Associates) to join a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing products for shipment, preparing orders for delivery, and maintaining inventory accuracy. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a team-oriented environment.

Shift Schedule:

  • First, Second, and Third Shifts Available
  • Schedule based on business needs

Responsibilities

  • Pick customer orders using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems.
  • Accurately pack products to ensure safe shipment.
  • Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy.
  • Label, sort, stage, and prepare completed orders for shipping.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting damaged or missing products.
  • Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment, if trained.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Meet daily production, quality, and attendance expectations.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, picker/packer, shipping, receiving, distribution, fulfillment, or inventory experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
