We got our start over 125 years ago when Joseph Lodge founded the Blacklock Foundry in South Pittsburg, TN. His scrappy, hardworking spirit continues to lead us today. As a team, we believe cast iron is for everyone. We're dedicated to manufacturing American-made cookware that we're proud to use in our very own homes and excited to bring to kitchens, backyards, and campfires around the world. A day in the life of a Packer
Each shift begins with removing castings from the seasoning line and performing a final quality inspection to ensure only first- and second-quality products move forward. You will apply the correct labels and packaging, close and stack packages according to item specifications, and prepare pallets for wrapping and shipment. Throughout the day, you'll operate packing, scanning, and wrapping equipment to keep product moving efficiently to the distribution center. The role is hands-on, detail-focused, and fast-paced, requiring consistent accuracy, communication, and adherence to safety standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Champion of safety!
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic hand tool knowledge.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, lifting, bending, and using safety equipment.
  • 2+ years of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Forklift license is advantageous!
