Job description

Ohel Children's Home and Family Services is seeking a well-organized and motivated professional to fill a full-time position in our Community Habilitation Program.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and emails; manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems
  • Print, copy, and organize documents as needed
  • Process Medicaid billing and track required paperwork
  • Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
  • Assist with hiring, supervising, and training direct care staff to support staff working independently in homes of children and/or adults with developmental disabilities

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with patience and professionalism
  • Management experience and BA preferred
  • Experience working with individuals who have disabilities required.

Position includes a competitive benefits package that includes a 403B retirement plan, sick and vacation paid time off (PTO) and health insurance. Free access to onsite gym included!
