Day Habilitation Program Supervisorย 

Waystoneย is currently seeking a Day Habilitation Program Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure the delivery of safe, compliant services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This positionย is responsible forย supervising staff, coordinating program activities, andย maintainingย regular communication with families and guardians.ย 

Location:ย Haverhill,ย MA (Day Habilitation Program)ย ย ย 

Schedule:ย Monday -ย Friday 8:00am - 4:00pmย 

Compensation range:ย This is aย 40-hour, non-exempt,ย full-time position.ย The annualized salaryย range is betweenย $55,000 - $57,000.ย This positionย is a benefitย eligible as of date of hire.ย ย ย ย

Job Responsibilities:ย ย ย 

  • Hire, supervise,evaluateand trainCaseManagersandDevelopmentalSpecialists.ย 
  • Create and implement curriculumsand activitiesthatsupportthe interests and needs ofindividuals served,their ISP goals and compliant withState, Federal andagency regulations.ย 
  • Coordinate monthly Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to ensure clinical (OT, PT, SLP),medical and behavioral support services are provided to coincide with identified needs, including training and proper signoffs.ย 
  • Ensuretimely submission of program data forindividuals receiving services.ย 
  • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing review of Day Habilitation Service Plans (DHSPs), Individual Support Plans (ISPs), and Behavior Support Guidelinesand ensure all goals andobjectivesare clinicallyappropriate, person-centered, and aligned with medical, behavioral, and therapeutic assessments.ย 
  • Monitor and reinforce consistent implementation of approved strategies and interventions to promote positive outcomes, regulatory compliance, and continuity of careย 

Other Responsibilities:ย 

  • Coordinate referral and intake processes, including tours, documentation, funding communication, and finance notifications.ย 
  • Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with CARF, OQE, DDS, MH, ABI, and agency policies.ย 
  • Partner with the Director and Community Engagement Coordinator to ensure services are memberdriven and aligned with Positive Behavior Supports.ย 
  • Assistย with development and monitoring of the annual department budget.ย 
  • Oversee facility safety, cleanliness, inventory, and serve as liaison with families/guardians to promote community involvement.ย 
  • Participate in inspections, audits, quality reviews, newsletters, and complete all requiredย trainingsย and certifications.ย ย 

Qualifications:ย ย ย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree inHumanServicesorrelated fieldwith at leastthree(3)years of experience within the field ofID/DD orHigh School Diploma or GED with at least five(5)years of experience within the field ofID/DD.ย 
  • Bilingualproficiencyin English and Spanish preferred.ย 
  • Minimumoftwo(2)yearsofsupervisory experience.ย 
  • Minimum of two(2)yearsofexperience implementing,developingandmonitoringIndividual Service Plans or similar plans.ย 
  • Familiarity with the Positive Behavior Supports model by DDS a plusย 
  • Experience working withElectronic Health Records(EHR)platforms, such aseHana, with the ability to learn and navigate new systems effectively.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office technology; able to handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Valid Driverโ€™s license with a minimum of 1 yearโ€™s driving experiencerequired.ย 
  • Regular and predicable attendance.ย ย
