Job description

Job Summary:
The Human Resource Coordinator supports the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, training coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. This role helps ensure smooth communication and compliance across hotel locations and the corporate office.

Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 Hourly 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems

  • Coordinate employee training and track completion

  • Manage multi-state unemployment claims, wage and employment verifications, garnishments, and child support orders

  • Conduct background screenings for all hotel and corporate hires

  • Process new hire onboarding in InnFlow

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR or office administration preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

  • Proficiency with Google Drive and HR software
