Job description

Job Summary:
The Onboarding Coordinator is an entry to mid-level hourly position who will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new hires, from extending offers to the first day of orientation. This role will involve ensuring compliance with regulations by obtaining e-verify credentials, submitting background checks, reference checks, MVR checks, and credit checks for new hires and promotions. The Onboarding Coordinator will also conduct mini-orientations, organize second-language orientations with interpreters, complete all data entry regarding the onboarding process, and assist in the Employment & Recruiting team as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Compile, update, and distribute new teamber orientation list.
  • Handle the entire onboarding process for each new hire, utilizing applicant tracking and onboarding systems
  • Obtain e-verify credentials to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Submit background checks, level II checks, reference checks, MVR checks, and credit checks for all new hires and promotions as required.
  • Compile and distribute payroll reports for orientation
  • Conduct mini-orientations for on-call new hires when necessary.
  • Organize and host second-language orientations with interpreters.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in onboarding coordination or related HR roles desired
  • Familiarity with human resources systems.
