We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee many aspects of our human resources practices and processes for multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
  • Employee Relations
    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing workplace issues and resolving conflicts.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Organize team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
  • Performance Management
    • Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development and performance improvement.
    • Identify and address training needs to enhance workforce capabilities.
