Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts on property, partnering with hiring managers and managing the hiring process through Workday.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate records across HRIS, training, performance, and benefits.
  • Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training programs that support associate development and brand standards.
  • Champion associate engagement and relations through recognition programs, performance management, and open communication.
  • Administer safety, workers' compensation, and unemployment processes while promoting a culture of safety and well-being.


What We Are Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of HR leadership experience to confidently oversee all property-level HR functions and initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.) to ensure legal compliance and sound decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience to support strategic and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR technology to manage data, communication, and compliance tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, critical for building trust and fostering a positive associate experience.
