Job Duties and Responsibilities

This pivotal leadership role addresses the complex challenge of aligning multi-functional teams to execute a unified, high-stakes go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Boost Mobile and its retail wireless brands. Managing the transition of digital and local marketing, product offers, and new launches requires bridging communication gaps between product, finance, IT, and operations in a rapid, highly competitive marketplace. Success means solving operational inefficiencies, building a scalable and performance-driven shared services team, and converting market strategies into flawless retail and digital execution.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
  • Coordinate the seamless execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies from ideation through to launch, aligning all internal operations for retail wireless brands.

  • Facilitate high-level cross-departmental collaboration across product, marketing, finance, IT, and customer support to ensure cohesive product and offer rollouts.

  • Manage daily operational requirements, proactively resolving cross-functional bottlenecks to ensure reliable delivery in a high-stakes retail environment.

  • Establish, track, and report on modern KPIs and operational metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize team productivity and program scalability.

  • Build and lead an integrated, performance-based GTM and local merchandising shared service team that supports multi-brand wireless operations.

  • Leverage generative AI and modern marketing automation tools to design efficient, scalable GTM workflows that improve speed-to-market.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum Experience: 10 years of experience in high-level GTM leadership

  • Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 5 years of experience with:

    • Digital product marketing and online customer conversion mechanics

    • Complex cross-functional GTM project coordination and workflow systems

    • Designing, monitoring, and reporting on operational performance metrics and KPIs

  • Additional Qualifications
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced business degree.
