operational plans by defining business requirements, clarifying project scope, identifying risks and dependencies, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and driving initiatives from discovery through implementation and sustainable operational handoff.

  • Facilitate discovery sessions to clarify business needs, define scope, identify assumptions, constraints, risks, and dependencies.
  • Challenge incomplete requirements, surface tradeoffs, and help leaders make informed decisions before execution begins.
  • Balance competing priorities by evaluating urgency, business value, resources, and organizational impact.

Project Governance & Cross-Functional Execution
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation and operational handoff.
• Establish project governance including timelines, dashboards, status reporting, decision logs, risk registers, issue management, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive execution by clarifying ownership, removing barriers, facilitating alignment, and ensuring accountability.
  • Escalate risks and decisions appropriately while maintaining visibility for executive leadership.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Evaluate current-state workflows, identify performance gaps, and recommend scalable process improvements.
  • Develop meaningful operational metrics and leverage data to guide recommendations and measure outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution.
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Change Management
  • Lead project-level change management activities including stakeholder readiness, communication planning, adoption strategies, and implementation support.
  • Provide concise executive updates that distinguish progress, risks, decisions, and recommended next steps.

Documentation, Metrics & Sustainability
  • Ensure initiatives transition successfully into operational ownership with documented processes, controls, performance measures, and sustainable handoff plans.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation supporting long-term operational success.

Experience & Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Eight (8)+ years of progressive experience in operations, business transformation, project management, quality, customer operations, or related operational leadership.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into executable operational plans.
  • Experience facilitating executive and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience developing project charters, business requirements, implementation plans, dashboards, risk registers, and executive reporting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, prioritization, and project leadership skills.
  • Healthcare, medical device, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, PMP, or related certifications preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as business needs require.
